Long Wharf has a significant amount of resources dedicated to its investment strategy, with a team of 23 professionals focused exclusively on value-added real estate investing.  The six senior principals of Long Wharf, who comprise the firm’s investment committee, average over 20 years of industry experience and 15 years of experience working together at the Fidelity Real Estate Group and Long Wharf.  The overall team combines a deep history in real estate equity investment with a breadth of “hands-on” commercial property experience, including leasing, development, engineering, and property management.
