Long Wharf Real Estate Partners is a Boston-based private equity real estate manager established in 2011 following the spin-out of the Fidelity Real Estate Group from Fidelity Investments. Comprised of 23 professionals, Long Wharf utilizes a broad-based value-added investment strategy, targeting opportunities in a wide array of property sectors and markets across the U.S. The group has been investing on behalf of institutional clients, including corporate and public pension funds, endowments, foundations and family offices, for over 18 years.
Long Wharf currently manages two value-added real estate funds with aggregate committed capital of $1.5 billion from 60 institutional investors through a subadvisory agreement with a unit of Fidelity Investments that serves as investment manager of the funds.
